Patna: Seven-day coaching camp of Bihar junior boys and girls’ ball badminton teams which will take part in the 67th Junior National Ball Badminton Championship to be held in Murtijapur (Maharashtra) from March 30 to April 3 began at Ideal Heritage Public School Sahua, Madhubani.
The training camp was inaugurated by the managing director of Ideal Heritage Public School, Ajit Kumar Neelkamal, director Amit Kumar Pankaj, Bihar Ball Badminton Association secretary Gouri Shankar and Madhubani District Ball Badminton Association president Sudhir Kumar Shukla.
Addressing the inaugural session of the training camp, State Secretary Gauri Shankar said that in the seven-day training camp, the players should prepare for better performance in the national competition by rectifying the deficiencies in their game. Advising the players to focus on their game in the training camp, he said that the Bihar Ball Badminton Association is providing modern facilities to the players so that the players can excel in the national tournament and bring laurels to the state.
Santosh Kumar Sharma welcomed the guests while Praveen Kumar Thakur proposed a vote of thanks .
