Patna: Cricket Academy of Bihar (CAB) entered the final Dr Parmeshwar Dayal Memorial Under-13 Cricket Tournament defeating Bihar Cambridge Cricket Academy by seven wickets at CAB ground on Friday. In another match, Sudarshan XI defeated St Michael’s High School B by 8 wickets to enter the semi-finals.
Bihar Cambridge Cricket Academy won the toss and batting first scored 55 runs losing all wickets in 14.4 overs. In reply, CAB won the match by scoring 57 runs for three wickets in 6 overs. Prince Dubey of the winning team, who took five wickets, was awarded the player of the match award, sponsored by VTech Computer Education, by Santosh Tiwari, General Secretary, Sardar Patel Sports Foundation.
Sudarshan XI won the toss and decided to field first in the fourth and final pre-quarterfinal of the tournament at the CAB Ground. Batting first, St Michael’s High School B scored 59 runs losing all wickets in 15.2 overs. In reply, Sudarshan XI won the match by scoring 65 runs for two wickets in 6.2 overs. Satyam of the winning team was given the player of the match award.
