Patna: Today, under the leadership of State Convenor of BJP Sports Cell Satish Raju, the office-bearers of the BJP Bihar Sports Cell submitted a 16-point memorandum to Mr. Samrat Chaudhary, Deputy Chief Minister cum Sports Minister of Bihar Government.
On the said occasion, the State Convener of BJP Sports Cell Satsih Raju said that after meeting the Deputy Chief Minister cum Sports Minister Samrat Chaudhary along with the officials of the Sports Cell, we requested that the Sports Commission be formed in Bihar as soon as possible. So that the players of Bihar can get basic facilities and the Sports Commission can work in their interest.
Raju said that during the tenure of Samrat Chaudhary ji, there will definitely be a rejuvenation of sports and players in Bihar and there will be all-round development of all sports. At the same time, Raju said that BJP Sports Cell has also been raising its voice in the past regarding the formation of Sports Commission in Bihar and the government’s indifference towards the players.
Raju said that the respected Sports Minister, taking cognizance of the memorandum, has assured that a decision will be taken as soon as possible after discussing all these issues with senior officials of the Sports Department.
On the occasion, joint convenors of BJP sports cell Raj Shekhar, Mukesh Paswan, Rajiv Ranjan Yadav, state spokesperson Anand Sinha, Vikas Singh and Patna metropolitan convenor Ajay Munna were present.
