Patna, June 21: Bihar’s Bhargavi Sharma clinched a grand double in the All India Ranking Under-16 Tennis Championship winning the girls singles and doubles titles at Naseeb Sports Acdemy Courts here on Friday.
In girls’ singles final, Bhargavi Sharma defeated Karnataka’s Anika Pandey 6-0, 6-1 while in doubles, Bhargavi Sharma along with Aditi Mishra defeated the pair of Sonali Mandal and Ishika Shaw 6-1, 6-0 to win the crown.
In the boys singles. Amrit Vats of West Bengal beat Avinash roy of Bihar 6-0, 6-0 to capture to title.
