Patna: Bihar claimed the boys and girls team championship titles in the second Sub-Junior National Bowls Sports Championship held in New Delhi.
In the boys’ team championship, Bihar defeated Rajasthan by 7-3 points. Shivam Kumar, Ujjwal Kumar, Sudhanshu Kumar performed brilliantly for Bihar in the final. Giving this information, Secretary Bowles Sports Association of Bihar, Jyoti Kumar said that Bihar defeated the host Delhi by 5-2 points in the final match of the girls’ team championship. In this match, Kajal Kumari, Komal Kumari, Shivani Kumari performed well for Bihar.
