Patna: The fourth-day’s play of the Col CK Nayudu U-23 Trophy match between Bihar and Haryana was washed out due to rain at the Moinul Haq Stadium here on Wednesday. This match was declared a draw, Bihar got 3 points based on lead in the first innings. The third day’s play was also washed out.
Haryana won the toss and elected to bat and were all out after scoring 284 runs in 70.1 overs in their first innings. Bihar were 355 for 6 in 109 overs in their first innings. Bihar took the first innings lead.
Bihar’s Ayush Loharika played an excellent innings of 158 runs on 247 balls with the help of 27 fours and one six and Shashank Upadhyay scored 57 runs and Ankit Raj scored 50 runs.
