Patna: Bihar beat Rajasthan 3-0 in the 76th National Football Championship for Hero Santosh Trophy 2022-23 at EMS Corporation Stadium in Kozhikode on Saturday.
Akash Kumar put Bihar in lead in 45th minute while Munna Mandi increased the margin in 45+3 minutes.
Bihar were leading 2-0 in the first half. Ankit Kumar completed the tally for Bihar in 90+4 minutes (3-0). This was the first victory for Bihar in the four matches so far. Akash Kumar of Bihar was declared player of the match.
