Patna: Forty members of the Bihar women’s and men’s hockey teams left on Sunday to participate in the 2nd Hockey India East Zone Sub Junior Championship 2024, scheduled to be held in Guwahati, Assam, from July 24 to July 31.
Hockey Bihar President and Rural Development Minister of the Bihar Government, Shravan Kumar, welcomed all the players with flowers and bouquets at the old secretariat office. He joined the teams for refreshments and bid them farewell with best wishes, encouraging them to play wholeheartedly and remain disciplined.
The officials of Hockey Bihar also extended their best wishes to the players.
