Patna: Bihar sub-junior football team was accorded a warm welcome at Danapur railway station on their arrival after winning the Sub-Junior National Football Championship Tier 2 trophy.
A number of Bihar Football Association and Bihar Government officials, including Director General of Bihar State Sports Authority Raveendraa Shankaran and Secretary of Bihar Football Association Syed Imtiaz Hussain, welcomed the players by garlanding them at the station.
Patna Football Association secretary Manoj Kumar, Chairman of Muzaffarpur Football Association, Azgar Hussain, Deputy Director of Art, Cultural, and Youth Department, Sanjay Kumar, Director of Alpha Sports Academy, and many other former players were present to accord heroes welcome to the Bihar team members.
