Bihar softball players and officials happy for the Indian women’s team’s participation in the Asian Games

Patna: There was a wave of happiness among the Bihar softball players and office-bearers of the Softball Association of Bihar to hear the news that the Indian women’s softball team will participate in the Asian Games. They celebrated it by distributing sweets with Bihar State Sports Authority director general Raveendran Shankaran and other officials on Tuesday.

Softball players from Bihar are happy that in the coming days, players from Bihar will also be included in the Indian team.

Shankaran while giving his best wishes, said that this game should be made more popular in Bihar as well.

Joint secretary of the Softball Association of Bihar, Rupak Kumar, while targeting the people running parallel organizations, said that they should now stop keeping the players in confusion. They should understand who the original body is, he said.

Softball Association of Bihar president Gautam Kanodia, general secretary Prachi Sharma, vice president Sanjay Kumar, SN Raju, Rajasekhar, Shagun Singh, treasurer Pawan Kumar Pappu, chairman Meenu Singh, chief patron Ajay Narayan Sharma, patron Jagannath Singh, ex-secretary Madhu Sharma, assistant secretary Vipin Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Chintu, Bihar Rugby Association secretary Pankaj Jyoti expressed their happiness over the participation of the Indian women’s softball team in the Asian Games.
