Patna: Bihar have made a strong start in the 70th Senior National Ball Badminton Championship, securing three consecutive victories in the tournament being held in Bellary, Karnataka.
In the men’s Pool “E” matches, Bihar defeated NCR Delhi 35-26, 35-25 in their opening game. They continued their winning streak with a dominant 35-15, 35-15 victory over Madhya Pradesh, followed by a commanding 35-09, 35-24 win against Uttar Pradesh.
Sharing this update, Bihar Ball Badminton Association Secretary Gouri Shankar praised the team’s performance, highlighting the contributions of Captain Deepak Prakash Ranjan and international players Rahul Kumar, Ankit Sharma, Santu Maharaj, and Rohit Kumar, who played a crucial role in the team’s success.
