Patna: Bihar defeated Tripura 35-17, 35-22 in the first match of Pool A of the men’s section of the 68th Senior National Ball Badminton Championship being played at Kottarakkara (Kerala).
Giving this information, Secretary of Bihar State Ball Badminton Association, Gouri Shankar said that in this men’s match, Captain Deepak Prakash Ranjan, Badal, Raju, Ankit performed well. In the Pool B match of the women’s section, Bihar had to face defeat against Tamil Nadu by 22-35, 29-35.
