Patna: Bihar entered the pre-quarter finals of the 70th Senior National Ball Badminton Championship winning their last Pool “E” match against Rajasthan in Bellary (Karnataka) on Saturday. Bihar had won all their pool matches.
In the fourth and final league match of Pool “E” of the men’s category, Bihar defeated Rajasthan 35-29, 35-32.
Giving this information, Bihar Ball Badminton Association Secretary Gouri Shankar said that for Bihar, Captain Deepak Prakash Ranjan, International players Rahul Kumar, Ankit Sharma, Rohit Kumar, Santu Maharaj displayed a brilliant game.
