A large crowd gathered at Gandhi Maidan, where stalls set up by various government departments showcased information about public schemes. From 22nd to 24th March, visitors can explore student-crafted models, award-winning paintings from competitions, and teaching materials created by educators. Additionally, the Health Department has established 15 free health check-up stalls.
Special Stalls Highlight Heritage and Innovation
To celebrate Bihar’s cultural legacy, 3D replicas of iconic landmarks such as the Mahabodhi Temple, Nalanda University, Vishwa Shanti Stupa, and Takht Sriharimandir Patna Sahib were displayed, accessible via virtual platforms. Stalls featured handloom, handicrafts, leather, jute, and lacquer industries, while the Department of Art, Culture, and Youth highlighted its achievements, operational strategies, and future plans.
Public Engagement and Security Measures
Selfie points were arranged to engage attendees, and robust security was deployed to ensure order. The Department of Art, Culture, and Youth also used their stall to disseminate information about ongoing and upcoming initiatives. The event blends tradition with modernity, offering residents insight into Bihar’s progress while celebrating its vibrant heritage.
