Siddharth; Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Department, Abhay Kumar Singh; Chief Minister’s Secretary, Kumar Ravi; Patna District Magistrate, Dr Chandrashekhar Singh; Senior Superintendent of Police, Avkash Kumar; and other senior officials associated with the Patna Metro Rail Project.
