Patna: Bihar got two gold, two silver and two bronze medals In the 2nd National Pickleball Championship held in Indore.
Giving this information, Bihar Pickleball Association secretary Ranjan Gupta said that the pair of Amitesh and Himanshu Raj won gold medals in Under-19 doubles boys’ category and Ronit Raj and Anurag won gold medals in Under-14 doubles boys’ category. In the senior open men’s doubles, the pair of Abhay and Avinash of Bihar and in the men’s doubles of 40+ age group, Anand Singh and Pramod Kumar got silver medal.
Aditya Gupta and Raunak pair in under-16 boys doubles competition and Amitesh Kumar in under-19 boys singles managed to win bronze medals.
Bihar Pickleball Association president Pramod Kumar, senior vice president Gauri Shankar, vice president Mitali Mitra, Santosh Kumar, secretary Ranjan Gupta, treasurer Anand Singh, member Raj Kumar Nirala, Pankaj Verma and Neetu Gupta congratulated the members of Bihar team for winning the medals in national meet.
