Patna: Energy Yoga players scored a double hat-trick in the match played on Saturday under the Rajkumar Mahaseth Memorial Patna District Senior Division Football League, being played under the aegis of Patna Football Association. Energy Yoga defeated Shukla FC 9-0. Prince Kumar and Prakash Hembram scored three goals each for Energy Yoga. In another match, Raj Milk got a walkover against New Boys Club Bakhtiyarpur.
In the match held on Saturday at VN Sharma Institute Sports Ground, Khagaul (Danapur Station), the players of Energy Yoga had the upper hand against Shukla FC. Prince Kumar scored the first goal in the fourth minute of the game and after this a shower of goals started. Apart from this, Prince Kumar completed his hat-trick by scoring goals in the 38th and 41st minutes. Prakash Hembram completed his hat-trick by scoring goals in the 14th, 23rd and 49th minutes. Apart from this, Ajay Hasanda (19th minute), Umar Ali Khan (77th minute) and Nikhil Kumar (79th minute) scored 1 goal each. No goals were scored by Shukla FC.
In the 57th minute, Durga of Energy Yoga was shown a yellow card. Sudhir Madhukar presented the Player of the Match award to Prince Kumar. The referees of this match were Amar Kumar, Kishan Kumar, Harendra Yadav and Vinod Prasad.
In another match, New Boys Club, Bakhtiyarpur failed to turn up against Raj Milk FC. Raj Milk FC got a walkover and collected full points.
