Gorakhpur: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the officials on Tuesday to deal with public issues with utmost seriousness and sensitivity, as well as to take strict legal action against those who illegally encroach on people’s properties, or try to bully and harm the weak.

The Chief Minister gave the instructions during the Janata Darshan held at the Hindu Sevashram on the premise of Gorakhnath temple. The Chief Minister heard the issues and grievances of around 200 people during the Janata Darshan and referred their prayer letters to the concerned authorities.

CM Yogi instructed the officials to resolve the problems of people promptly and satisfactorily while assuring the visitors that no injustice would be done to anyone during his tenure.

To those seeking financial assistance for treatment of serious diseases, CM Yogi asked them if they were having the Ayushman Card first and said that the government would ensure full treatment to the patients who did not have the Ayushman Card. Handing over their applications to the officials, Chief Minister directed that the estimation process of the cost of treatment should be completed as soon as possible and made available to the government.

He also instructed that Ayushman cards should be made for every needy. Furthermore, CM Yogi asked the officers to settle matters related to revenue and police with complete transparency and fairness.
