Patna: BBIT Thunderbolt and RIT Champions emerged victorious in the respective matches of Casa Picolla School Cricket Under-15 League being held under the aegis of Turning Point at Krishna Stadium, Khemnichak. In the first match, BBIT beat JBIT Changers by two wickets while RIT Champions beat GNIOT Blasters by 69 runs.
In the first match, BBIT Thunderbolt won the toss and decided to field first. Batting first, JBIT Changers scored 122 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, BBIT Thunderbolt scored 126 runs for 8 wickets in 19.4 overs. Avinash (3 wickets, 11 runs) of the winning team was awarded the player of the match award.
In the second match, RIT Champions won the toss and batting first scored 166 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs thanks to Abhyudaya’s century. In reply, GNIOT were all out for 97 runs in 9 wickets in 20 overs. Abhyuday Singh, the centurion of the winning team, was given the player of the match award.
