Patna: In the Baidyanath Prasad Memorial Under-13 Inter-School Cricket Tournament, Asha Baba Cricket Academy secured an emphatic 72-run victory against the Learning School of Cricket on Wednesday, 11 December. The match was held at the Cricket Academy of Bihar under the aegis of the Baidyanath Prasad Foundation.

Winning the toss, Learning School of Cricket opted to field first. Asha Baba Cricket Academy capitalised on their batting opportunity, amassing 214 runs for 7 wickets in 21 overs. Their innings were highlighted by outstanding half-centuries from Harshit (59 runs) and Yash (56 runs).

In response, Learning School of Cricket managed 142 runs for 8 wickets in their allotted 21 overs. Despite a commendable unbeaten 44 runs by Bhavishya Kumar, the team fell short of the target.

Yash from Asha Baba Cricket Academy was adjudged Player of the Match for his all-round performance, receiving the award from cricket coach Raju Rai.
