Patna, May 26: In the Patna District Junior Division Cricket League being played under the aegis of Patna District Cricket Association Steering Committee, Vidyarthi CC defeated Vaishali CC by 10 wickets in the match played on Sunday.
Vaishali CC won the toss in the match played at Fatehpur Cricket Ground in Sampatchak and decided to bat first.Vaishali CC scored 62 runs off 21.1 overs due to brilliant bowling of Amjeet Aryana and Prince of Vidyarthi. Tulsi scored 20 runs from Vaishali CC.
Amarjeet Arya took 5 wickets while Prince Kumar took 3 wickets from Vidyarthi CC.
In reply, Vidyarthi CC won the match by scoring 65 runs without any loss in 9.5 overs. Shahid scored 36 while Ankit Chaudhary scored 19 runs. Amarjeet Arya was given the Player of the Match award.
