Lucknow/Greater Noida: The Yogi government has initiated the process of promoting housing and commercial activities in the Greater Noida area with the Ground Breaking Ceremony (GBC@IV). In this sequence, as per CM Yogi’s vision, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has commenced the allocation process for 8 types of builder plots.

It is notable that the reserve price for these plots, ranging from 18,215 to 38,711 square meters in area, has been set between Rs 83.78 crore and Rs 178.34 crore. Notably, the plots that will be auctioned through the Builder Plot Allotment Scheme are located near the Jewar Airport being built in Greater Noida.

Additionally, the sectors where the auction of builder plots will take place under this scheme will have significant importance in terms of connectivity. Currently, the brochure download and registration process for the e-auction of these plots has started, and the deadline is set for April 1, 2024.

Plots will be allotted in many sectors, including Sector 12 and Sigma-3

As per CM Yogi’s vision, the GNIDA has initiated the allocation process for 8 types of builder plots, including MU (MU), Omicron-1A, ETA-02, Sigma-3 sectors 36 and sector 12 being the major ones. Under this process, the reserved price for plot number GH-02E in the MU sector (with a specified area of 18,215 square meters) has been set at Rs 87.78 crores. Similarly, for plot GH-01/GH01A in the Omicron-1A sector (spread across 30,470.52 square meters), the reserved price is determined at Rs 140.16 crores.

Meanwhile, for plot GH01A in the ETA-02 sector (covering 28,265 square meters), the reserved price is set at Rs143.02 crores. In the Sigma-3 sector, the reserved price for plot number 151 (with an area of 30,000 square meters) is Rs 138 crores, and for plot number 207 (which is the largest plot in terms of broadcast area allocated under the scheme, covering 38,771 square meters), the reserved price is set at Rs 178.34 crores, making it the highest.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority will complete the e-auction process for the 8 identified builder plots, including those in Greater Noida’s Sector 12, after the GBC. Among them, plots in Sector 12, GH-01/B, C, D, E, J, and K, covering an area of 32,350 square meters, are also included. The reserved price for these plots has been set at Rs 130.05 crores.

Similarly, for plots GH-01/F, G, H, and I in Sector 12, covering an area of 22,558 square meters, the reserved price has been set at Rs 90.68 crore. Likewise, for plot B-255 in Sector 36 (with an area of 13,938.50 square meters), the reserved price is determined at Rs 67.32 crores, making it the plot with the smallest area and the lowest reserved price under the scheme.

It is noteworthy that due to their proximity to Jewar Airport, all these plots have better connectivity, and this is the reason why these areas can be developed as future residential and commercial hubs. In light of this, the Yogi government has initiated the development of these areas, recognizing their potential.
