Patna: YCC defeated Gennex Cricket Academy by five wickets in the Chandramani Prasad Singh Memorial Under-14 Cricket Tournament being played on the ground of Bihar Cricket Academy on Monday, 16 December.
Gennex Cricket Academy won the toss and decided to bat first. Gennex Cricket Academy scored 153 runs losing all wickets in 23 overs with the help of Agastya’s 50 runs. Manoj Sinha, Pawan Yadav and Nitin Kumar took three wickets each for YCC.
In reply, YCC won the match by scoring 154 runs losing 5 wickets in 22.1 overs with the help of Nitin’s 61-run innings. Vivek of Gennex Cricket Academy took 3 wickets. Nitin, who showed all-round performance from the winning team, was given the Player of the Match award.
