Patna: The Bihar team delivered an outstanding performance at the 8th National Boys and Girls Junior Lagori Championship 2024, held from June 28 to June 30 in Ratnagiri Chiplun, Maharashtra, winning the bronze medal.
This marks a historic achievement for the Bihar Lagori team, as it is their first national-level medal. The team featured three talented players from Patna district: Shilpi Singh, Ankaksha Singh, and Hrithik Kumar.
These young athletes achieved this success through their talent and hard work. Assistant coach and Patna Secretary of the Bihar team, Ranjit Raj, along with President Vikas Kumar, congratulated the players and officials. They expressed optimism about performing even better in future tournaments and aiming for the gold medal.
