Patna, April 27, 2024: Rupak Kumar, a former cricketer from Bihar and currently serving as the joint secretary of the Softball Association of Bihar, has been appointed as the regional in-charge of the Bihar BJP Sports Cell.
The announcement of Rupak’s appointment was made by Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey and party secretary Rituraj Sinha. Rupak was bestowed with this responsibility during a gathering held at Minister Mangal Pandey’s residence. Satish Kumar Raju, the convenor of BJP Sports Cell, was also present at the occasion.
Various dignitaries including BCA president and Bihar State Treasurer of BJP Rakesh Kumar Tiwari, along with Ajay Sharma, Neeraj Singh, Santosh Jha, Arun Kumar Singh, Madhu Sharma, Karunesh Kumar, representatives from numerous sports associations, and players extended their congratulations to Rupak Kumar on his new role.
