Bihar vs UP Ranji Match heading towards draw

Patna: The weather continued to play spoilsport on the third day of the Ranji match being played at Victoria Park Stadium (Meerut) between Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

After the cancellation of the first day’s play, only 48 overs could be played on the second day and only 31.1 overs on the third day. Monday is the last day of the match. Considering the weather conditions, the match was heading towards a draw.

Beginning at 126 runs for 3 wickets, Bihar were 187 runs for the loss of seven wickets till the end of the third day’s play.

On the third day of the game, Bihar lost four wickets, in which Sraman Nigrodh was out after scoring 87 runs, Sakibul Gani was out after scoring 41 runs, Bipin Saurabh was out after scoring 10 runs and Sachin Kumar Singh was out after scoring 5 runs.

At the end of the third day’s play, Raghavendra Pratap (22 runs not out) and Veer Pratap (0 not out) were at the crease. For Uttar Pradesh, Saurabh Kumar and Kartik Tyagi took 2 wickets each, and Ankit and Vineet took one wicket each, while one player was run out.
