Patna, July 13: Ashok Singh Memorial Inter-School Chess Competition is going to be organised under the aegis of Ashok Singh Foundation at Lohia Nagar Mount Carmel High School, Kankarbagh from July 25 to 27, according to principal of the school, Shalini Singh.
She said that the competition will be held under the supervision of Rupak Kumar, Sports Head of LMC. Interested players can obtain detailed information in the school office or by contacting chess instructor Rakesh Ranjan on 9431020115. Interested players can submit their entries by July 23. Director of the school Meenu Singh said that certificates will be given to the participating players. At the same time, special prizes will be given to the boys and girls players who get first to sixth place, she added.
