Patna: Kedia XI, City Students Club and Malsalami XI won the matches played on Friday in Patna District Junior Division Cricket League.
Kedia XI’s Neeraj Singh (five wickets), City Students Club’s Karthik Raj Yadav (74 runs) and Malsalami XI’s Govind Kumar (110 runs, two wickets) were awarded player of the match.
Kedia XI defeated LBS CC by 10 wickets, City Students Club defeated Citizen CC by 7 wickets and Malsalami XI defeated Pirmuhani CC by a huge margin of 111 runs.
At Khemnichak Ground, LBS CC won the toss and batting first scored 91 runs losing all wickets in 18.5 overs. In reply, Kedia XI won the match by scoring 94 runs in 6.2 overs without losing wickets.
City Students Club won the toss and invited Citizen CC to bat at Mangal Talab Ground. Batting first, Citizen CC scored 144 runs for seven wickets in 25 overs. In reply, City Students Club won the match by scoring 146 runs for three wickets in 10 overs.
At Jagjivan Stadium, Malasalami XI scored 252 runs for 6 wickets in 25 overs with the help of Govind’s century. In reply, Pirmuhani CC’s team could only manage 141 runs for nine wickets in 25 overs.
