Patna: Five girls from Bihar have been called for the Indian football team’s under-17 coaching camp to be held in Chennai. Giving this information, Bihar Football Association Secretary Syed Imtiaz Hussain said that five girls from Bihar have been selected in the Under-17 coaching camp organised by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) in Chennai.
The selected footballers are Manisha Kumari, Priya Kumari Yadav, Shibu Kumari, Ruby Kumari and Nikki Kumari
These girls have been selected following trails organised by the Bihar Football Association and Bihar State Sports Authority on January 23, 2023, at Patliputra Sports Complex in Patna. Former international footballer Madhu Kumari was the chief selector.
