Patna: The Patna zone fixtures of Bihar’s prestigious and most popular 37th All India Sukhdeo Narain Memorial Inter School Cricket Tournament organized by BPS Foundation for Youth Welfare, under the aegis of Indu Narain Foundation have been announced by the chief executive of the organising committee Vijay Kumar Narain Chunnu on Thursday.
Chunnu said that the matches of the tournament would be played on league-cum-knock out basis at Urja Stadium Patna. The matches will be of overs a side. Four teams have been given direct entry into the quarterfinals. They are St Paul International School, Cambridge Public School, Jesus and Mary Academy and HRDT Public School. The remaining 12 teams will have to play pool matches to make it to the quarterfinals.
Two matches will be played on each day. The first match will be from 7.30 am to 11.30 am while the second match will be from 11.30 am to 3.10 pm. Teams arriving late on the field will be deducted at the rate of one over for every 4 minutes.
12 teams are divided into 4 pools:
Pool A: Delhi Model Public School, Khagaul, Dev Public School, JKInternational School
Pool B: Exceed India High School, Gyan Ganga Public School, Happy High School
Pool C: Knowledge Valley School, Shahpur, Mahavidha Global School,Phulwari Sharif, SDV Public School, Kurthol.
Pool D: Talent Academy,Variya; Win Academy; Xavier International School
Chunnu further said that no player can participate in the match without the original Aadhaar card.

March 30: 7.30 am Knowledge Valley School vs Mahavidha Global School, Phulwari Sharif; At 11.30 am: Win Academy vs Xavier International School
March 31: At 7.30 am Delhi Model Public School vs Dev Public School; 11.30 am Happy High School vs Gyan Ganga Public School

Semifinals: April 6: 7.30 am Cambridge Public School & Pool A Winner vs HRDT Public School & Pool C Winner 11.30am Jesus & Mary Academy & Pool B Winner vs St Paul International School, Winner of Pool D.
The final matches will be played on April 8.
